Machael Durham, CPC
President / Founder
Machael founded Durham Staffing Solutions in 2000. Prior to establishing Durham Staffing Solutions, Machael consulted throughout the Omaha metro area. Her passion for providing the utmost quality of service to both her clients and candidates is the driving force behind Durham Staffing Solutions’ success.
Machael’s commitment to enhancing Durham Staffing Solutions and the industry is illustrated throughout her many lifetime achievements. She was one of the first 12 validated trainers in the nation and is a Certified Personnel Consultant. Machael has served the staffing industry as Certification Chair, Vice President, and President of Iowa Association of Staffing Professionals. Machael also held the role of Chairwoman on the Area 13 Regional Business and Marketing Advisory Board.
Machael is the recipient of numerous awards exemplifying her leadership and expertise, including Nebraska Business Woman of the Year from the NRCC's Business Advisory Council and Corporate Achiever award presented by the Nebraska Chapter of Multiple Sclerosis. Machael was also honored with the Midlands Business Journal's 40 Under 40 award, as well as the Ronald Reagan Republican Gold Medal. Additionally, Machael is a trustee of the Business Ethics Alliance and a Lewis Central Education Foundation Hall of Fame member.
Machael is an active board member of the Pioneer Hills Office Park Association. When she is not hard at work, Machael volunteers at the Open Door Mission and at local high schools, in which she helps students prepare for future career opportunities by holding mock interviews and aids in creating resumes.
Naichel Durham
Vice President of Operations
Joining Durham Staffing Solutions upon its inception, Naichel has over 22 years of experience in the staffing industry. Her proven track record of senior-level executive support, management, and training ensure smooth operations of Durham Staffing Solutions.
On a day-to-day basis, Naichel skillfully manages administration duties, client development, and management of Durham Staffing Solutions’ field employees. Prior to joining Durham Staffing Solutions’ team, Naichel obtained a B.A. in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management and Accounting from Bellevue University.
Naichel prides herself on helping others find solutions and remains committed to aiding those in need. In her free time, Naichel is actively involved in the community and volunteers at the Open Door Mission.
Kamber Carlson (Durham), MBA
Vice President of Marketing and Talent Acquisition
Kamber joined Durham Staffing Solutions in 2011. She obtained a B.A. in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and Management, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Kamber also holds a Masters of Business Administration, with a specialization in Organizational Leadership, from Creighton University.
The knowledge and skills Kamber has gained from her past leadership roles and education are demonstrated in her work ethic, as well as her ability to identify and secure the right opportunity for candidates and clients.
Kamber is an active member of Beta Gamma Sigma and the community. In her spare time, she volunteers with PRO Soccer as a youth soccer coach, Nebraska DECA, Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska, and the Open Door Mission.
